Membership terms

These are draft membership details for this website’s setup. The club operator must finalise their business contact, dispatch schedule, and returns process before opening paid memberships.

Your membership

The Mailbox Club costs A$25 AUD per month, billed automatically until cancelled. Each paid monthly billing period includes one physical letter, an original Frey art print, an illustrated comic strip, and an exclusive enamel pin. Artwork features Frey; personal character commissions are not included. Preview illustrations show the style of the club, and final editions will vary.

Payments and cancellation

Stripe processes your payments. You can review invoices, change your payment method, and cancel in the hosted billing portal linked from your member dashboard. Cancel before your next renewal to avoid a further monthly charge. The effective cancellation date is shown in the portal and your dashboard.

Taking a break

You can pause future payment collection from an active membership in your dashboard. Invoices generated during the pause are voided, and those unpaid editions are skipped. Already-paid packs remain yours. Pausing does not refund payments or cancel existing unpaid invoices. Resuming restarts collection on the existing monthly billing schedule and does not charge for skipped editions.

Shipping

Standard shipping is included to the destinations available at checkout. Please provide an accurate delivery address. Dispatch dates are confirmed separately, and delivery times vary by destination. Any local import duties are the recipient’s responsibility. Contact the club operator before dispatch if an address needs changing.

Problems with an order

If a pack is missing, damaged, or incorrect, contact the club operator using the support contact on your Stripe receipt. The operator will review the issue and the appropriate remedy. These terms do not exclude any consumer rights that cannot be excluded.

Your account and the artwork

Keep your login details secure and your contact details current. Artwork and characters remain the property of their respective creators. Your physical items are yours to keep; membership does not grant commercial reproduction rights.
