This is a draft privacy notice. Before launch, the club operator must add their legal identity, privacy contact, retention periods, and actual fulfilment providers.

What the club collects

Your account stores your name and email address. Membership records include Stripe customer and subscription references, subscription status, billing dates, and invoice details. Shipping addresses are collected at checkout and saved with invoice records so your physical packs can be prepared.

How your information is used

Your details are used to authenticate your account, manage your membership, process payments, and fulfil your monthly mail. Necessary information may be shared with the operator’s postal or fulfilment providers to deliver your pack.

Services that support the club

Supabase provides account authentication and database storage. Stripe processes payments and provides the hosted checkout and billing portal. Full card numbers are handled by Stripe and are not stored in this website’s database. These services may process information outside your country.

Cookies

The website uses essential session cookies to keep you signed in and support secure account access. This implementation does not include advertising trackers or optional analytics cookies.

Your choices

You can manage your subscription and payment methods from your dashboard. To request account access, corrections, or deletion, contact the operator using the support contact on your Stripe receipt. Some transaction information may need to be retained to meet applicable record-keeping obligations.
